Jocelyn Nason

Jocelyn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Saint Mary's University in 2018 before obtaining her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Schulich School of Law in 2022. During her legal studies, she also completed a certificate in Aboriginal and Indigenous Law.
Following the completion of her articles, Jocelyn was called to the Bar in 2023 and joined Heritage House in 2024. She is a Notary Public, and member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Real Estate Lawyers Association of Nova Scotia (RELANS).
Jocelyn maintains a practice focused on Wills & Estates and Real Estate law, including residential purchases and sales, title transfers, mortgages, and migrations. She is committed to providing client-focused legal services through clear communication, practical guidance, and attention to detail.
