Cheryl C. Arnold

Born in Halifax, Cheryl graduated from Mount Saint Vincent University with her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in 1997, followed by her LLB from Dalhousie University in 2001. Cheryl was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2002.

Cheryl practices primarily in the area of Family Law. Her main objective is to assist clients by negotiating a settlement following a relationship breakdown. Cheryl has assisted clients over the years in nearly all areas of Family Law, including separation, divorce, custody, access, support, and property and debt division. In addition, Cheryl devotes a portion of her practice to Real Estate Law and Wills.

In addition to being a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers Society, Cheryl is a proud member of the Canadian Bar Association. She previously sat on the Board of Directors for the Dartmouth Seniors centre for several years and volunteers her time annually helping serve Christmas dinner to the seniors at the Centre. 

Cheryl resides in Cole Harbour and when not working enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her two grandchildren. Cheryl loves attending live music shows and festivals and is an avid supporter of local music.
