Kathleen grew up in Canso, a small fishing community on the eastern tip of Nova Scotia. She graduated from St. Francis Xavier University with a Bachelor of Arts – Honours (1996). Following which she completed a Master of Arts (1997) and her Bachelor of Laws (2000) from Dalhousie University.
Since being called to the bar in 2002, Kathleen has focused her practice on Real Estate. Her services include Purchases, Sales, Mortgages, Migrations, Title Transfers, Easements and access issues. Kathleen is committed to keeping the process simple and client focused. Whether a first-time home buyer or a seasoned real estate investment buyer, Kathleen is there to help navigate through the legal process.
Kathleen volunteers at a Free Wills Clinic and Lands Title Clarification Initiatives in our local communities. She is a past member of the Nova Scotia Barrister’s Society’s Gender Equity Committee. She is a current member of the Real Estate Association of Nova Scotia (RELANS).
When not working, Kathleen enjoys time with her family, friends and very handsome Shih Zhu, Finn.
